My great friend Anja always makes the greatest pre-summer birthday parties. Rhubarb bellinis, vegan "oh-my-god-I-can't-believe-it's-not-cheese-cake" cake, great people, live performance by fantastic Samsaya and a fantastic dish is obviously the way to do it.
