Outside the Dior Show Part 2

Fashion Editor at Italian Vogue Franca Sozzani. (Too bad she was in a hurry, because the settings on the camera was not optimal ... She turned out quite pale.)

Fashion-pimp! Check out the golden bag and the matching bucket hat!

I loved the combination of colours her outfit was made of. They were all kind of pale, soft and toned down and they looked great together. I guess the coat is from Marni or perhaps Dries Van Noten.

Funky jumpsuit and cold toes.

The Grazia-girls.

The Girls of Dior

The runway models were hunted by photographers and bloggers whenever they left a show. I got some nice snaps here when they walked right next to me.

Outside the Dior Show Part 1

Dior's A/W 2010 show was located in a big tent in the Tuileries Gardens. There were probably more people hanging outside than actually sitting inside the grey tent wathcing John Galliano's newest creations. There were a lot of bloggers from all over the world and it was nice speaking with them. Here are some of the pictures I took next to the fountain in the Tuileries.

This is Isaac, a blogger from Venezuela. He is wearing Zara and H&M snd look rather Scandinavian if you ask me! A male scandi-chic.

Marianne was in Paris to look at people. She had without doubt a great display.

Colin, a Canadian living in Londres wore vintage and Mark Fast. He said his outfit was kind of hunk-whore'ish.

Dario, another Canadian living in Berlin, wore a very eccentric outfit. The necklace is from Uteploier, top from Damir Doma, jacket from Cheap Monday and pants from Uncommon Creatures.

Coralie (blond) wore an outfit of vintage pieces, Zara and her own design. Katia wore H&M and Zara.

Young Jondan wore vintage jacket from Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana shades, the pants are his own design and shoes from Underground. Anne-Catherine has a bag from Balenciaga, coat from Zara, tights from American Apparel and shoes from Underground.

The French blogger Antoine wore scarf from Samy Chalon, jacket from Dries Van Noten, shoes and jeans from Dior and bag from Paul Smith.

If you are in walking in charming Marais in Paris, you should stop by the Selima Optique Store in 46 rue Vieille du Temple! It's a great store to find inspiration on what to wear on your nose. In addition to sunglasses and frames from Selima Optique they have eyewear from Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, Ray Ban, Bottega Veneta, YSL, etc!

The shop has a interesting interior and you can find great accessories such as hats and jewellery.

Me and Diane Pernet

Eating dinner at Cafe Ruc suddenly got more exciting when Diane Pernet walked in the door and sat down next to us. When she left she was so kind to be in this photo with me. Check out her blog at http://www.ashadedviewonfashion.com/
I wore armless blazer from Alexander Wang, Balenciaga knit, G-Oslo trousers and Batlak & Selvig necklace.

The Jonas-pant by Pia Haugseth

My first day in Paris I wore my brand new pair of pants which actually are named after me. They are called the Jonas-pant - a fabulous name if you ask me! Here I am wearing it with my Balenciaga blazer, Batlak & Selvik muff, and shoes and tank from Acne.

Outside the Barbara Bui Show

There were of course a lot of well dressed people outside the Barbara Bui show as well. Here are some of who I met.
I noticed this model on the runway. I don't know her name, but she looks very natural and pretty. The make up was very simple. A matte skin with natural brows and some shadow around the eyes. The hair was pulled back with gel to a tied braided knot and the fringe was pulled to the side in a wave. Kind of natural rockish!

Elle UK's fashion editor Kate Lanphear got even blonder in the afternoon sun. She wore black as usual.

Fur by Margiela.

Barbara Bui A/W 2010/2011

Petra and Tonje at Norwegian Elle were so kind to give me their spare ticket to the Barbara Bui-show. Being at my first show during a Paris Fashion Week was so much fun because I ended up sitting at 2nd row almost at the end of the runway. So I really got a close look at the outfits!
The collection included a wide range of pieces. Everything from big, tailored ski jackets to motorcycle jackets and woolen blazers, all with leather and fur details, the bootcut pants and super sexy skinny jeans, leather pants and leather jumpsuits. There were also some very beautiful dresses with leather details. Short and sexy. But what really caught my eye were the shoes. Bui took the thigh-high boot to a new level. There were also some ankle boots with sequins and pearls that were amazing.
Here are some blurry pics from the show.
